Jumping hotspots on videos

One of the problems of using video as the background for hotspots is they appear to jump around. The actual problem is that HTML5 does not stop video instantly. There is a .4 second error on the stopping time. This means if you set the hotspot to appear at the 2 second mark of your video, it could stop anywhere between 1.6 and 2.4 seconds.

The solution

Designers should direct the media developers to create a 1 second pause in camera motion for every hotspot. Set your hotspot to stop the video at exactly the .5 second spot of the pause and your hotspot will stop jumping around on the screen.

The design is simple and elegant. The customer support on this product is also amazing. I would highly recommend you to purchase templates from the Marketify team! Thank you for the wonderful project.
